Late Payment

A User who delays payment of a monetary obligation to our company shall pay to our company a late payment penalty at the rate of 14.6% per annum.

User Submissions

Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

  • To have a relationship with a gangster organization in which the User is deemed to be involved in such activities as providing funds or benefits to the gangster organization.
  • In the case where the User is a corporation or other organization, to have a socially reprehensible relationship with gangster organizations in which the User's own officers or those substantially involved in the User's management are gangster organizations.
The User guarantees that he/she will not commit any of the following acts by himself/herself or by using a third party
  • Violent demanding acts
  • Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility
  • Acts of threatening words or deeds or using violence in connection with transactions
  • Acts of spreading rumors, using deceptive means, or using force to damage our company's credibility or obstruct our company's business.
  • Any other acts similar to those described in the preceding items.

Restriction of Use

Our company may, without prior notice, restrict a user's use of all or part of the Service, or terminate the user's registration as a user, if the user falls into any of the following cases. Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of actions taken by our company in accordance with this Article.

  • Violation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use
  • If any false fact is found to exist in the registration information
  • In the event of default of monetary obligations
  • In the event that our company does not receive a response to a communication from the user after a reasonable period of time has elapsed
  • If you have not used the Service for a considerable period of time since your last use of the Service
